AENOR

A 5,4% stake. The concession for Northern Portugal, which was granted to AENOR in 1999, for a period of 30 years, is aimed at designing, projecting, building, financing, operating and maintaining a network of some 180 km of highway, under a system of actual tolls.
Lusoscut Costa da Prata, Beiras Litoral and Beira Alta and Grande Porto

A 6,6% stake in each. Granted to the concessionaries in the years 2000, 2001 and 2002, respectively, they are aimed at designing, projecting, building, increasing the number of lanes, financing, operating and maintaining a network of some 340 km of highway, under a system of its users not being charged any tolls (SCUT), for a period of 30 years.
LusoLisboa

A 6,6% stake. The concession for the Greater Lisbon area, which was granted to LusoLisboa in 2007, is aimed at designing, projecting, building, increasing the number of lanes, financing, operating and maintaining a network of around 25 km of highway, under a system of actual tolls, for a period of 30 years; and the operating and maintaining of some 66 km, with its users not being charged any tolls, for a period 5 years.
