The business area involving Real Estate Development and Services basically concerns the Group’s investment in various projects, via financial shareholdings or real estate development.

Currently being developed are three real estate development projects, two of which in Angola and the other in Portugal.

With regard to the projects in Angola, these comprise two mostly residential buildings, in Luanda, one overlooking the Bay and another in a central area of the Angolan capital.

In Portugal, indirectly, via the company E.P. Construções SA, a charming tourist development at Ponta da Piedade, in Lagos, is currently at the licensing and project stage.
