Foundation coordination
A ground-engineering study of how uncertainty reaches the construction programme.
Compare the references
Investigation records, design assumptions and site observations answer different questions. The review brings them together and identifies where an observation needs engineering assessment. A difference is not silently converted into a construction instruction; it is described with its location, context and supporting evidence.
Assign the decision
Ground, structural and temporary-works responsibilities are mapped around the unresolved condition. The planner identifies the affected activity while the responsible designer determines the required review. This separates the urgency of the programme from the authority to approve a technical response.
Preserve the reasoning
The resulting record connects the decision to its evidence and the revision used by the site team. Later work can refer to that reasoning without relying on personal recollection. The study emphasises controlled decisions rather than a universal method for differing ground conditions.
